inner tie-rod ends?

IIRC, the size of the lock nut is different manual vs power.

If you get the job done in under 30 minutes on your first time - I'll buy ya a six pack of beer/ale! ;-)

1) take wheel off
2) remove the outside tie rod end bolt, and "pop it out of place from the streering knuckle
3) basically grab an open wrench crow head tool (the one that fits a 1/2 socket) make it 1 1/4" wide opening at the C-type wrench, gets a good long extension plug it in place , and get a long handle ratchet bar for it. (just did the changed of tie rod yesterday (complete assembly).
looks looke these put together btw...

these are mounted with red-locktite so it will take some "hummpphff" to get it cracked open, but after 2 full turns you should be able to uncrew it with pliers or by hand.

cheers and good luck... about 30mins work.
