Cold start injector bolts (reamed)

Rounded out the stupid injector bolthead when I was
taking off the coldstart injector today.  To be fair,
it was fairly stripped when I started - it just was
totaled.

So I would like to just replace it with some regular
bolts as opposed to allen-head bolts.  What type of
metal works well with the head?  Do I need stainless
or what?  I could  just notch the bolthead for a
screwdriver, considering it probably won't be taken
off more than perhaps once after this (before the car
is history).
