(JH/ABA) Creative throttle linkage solutions for mk1?

Pretty sure mine has some extra washers, and some transferred parts, if
original poster wants to email me, I'll see if I can manage a photo, mine's
not got the ABA though, but it does have the Fox mani/ different TB (for
KS), and the original valve cover.
