This is the kind of crap that makes me seriously weigh
where to possibly move in the future.  There is so
much negative that could be said about legislators who
do this stuff (advance the inclusive years backwards
in time).

South Carolina, Baby!!!  No tests, No snow, No salt and the taxes on these
cars is less than $15/year.  God, I love living on the coast. Just have to
have a logistical plan of removing my three toys and the family anytime a
Cat 4 or Cat 5 decides to blow this way...
