16v fuel pumping woes



My goof.  Didn't think about the fact that it is a 16V, which has no
frequency valve. (thanks to Eric S. for pointing this out.

Guess it would have to be either the idle stabilizer or the differential
pressure regulator.  I don't think either should be loud enough to hear to
easily, though.
