Passat 2.0 liter questions



Don, did you go with the scirocco intake manifold or switch the fuel/air
over to the A2 (passenger) side?

I just put a 9A into my Scirocco and used the 2L head instead of the
1.8Head/2L Block in my other car. I really love the bottom end that it
has.
Much stronger off the line and at lower RPM's. If you want more on the
top 
end without porting go with the 1.8L. Head. According to TT the 2L head 
flows better on the exhaust side than the 1.8L does. The 2L is designed
for 
higher velocity at lower air flow thus provides better low end response.

Either way you are going to get results.
