That looks very fixable...  I have a friend here in town that does wheel repair.  Wheel Connection is the name, Alan is his...  405-947-2274.  HOWEVER, more than likely there is a good shop near you.  You might be asking yourself, are fixed wheels safe?  Hell yes, I have been using his services for at least 7 years...
