MOtor swap questions

The flywheel bolts are 9mm. It's just that they have 12 points instead of 6. 
So, a regular 9mm 12 point socket will work.
As far as any of the other parts just use the ones that look like they're in 
the best condition.
Personally, I'd use the 1.8 head, but if your engine is complete then the 
2.0 head will work fine. Other than that all the parts should just bolt on.

Do I use the 1.8l lower intake manifold on the 2.0l?  Also what is involved 
with transfering the cap & rotor to the 2.0l?  Also, what is the size and 
kind of tool I need to get the flywheel off??  They are weird little 
bolts......  I have so many questions and don't know where to start 
transfering parts from!!
