Fuel economy and improving it, among other things.



Check your timing and your air/fuel. I found that timing makes a big
difference. Also get yourself a can of that engine restore in the
silver can. Oil change. Makes your car very happy - especially if your
car has hydro lifters (16v and 8v after 87).

Other thing is spark plugs. On 8v - get some NGK copper plugs. Copper
plugs do not last as long - but they give a better spark. If you can
get them - Bosch Super copper plugs are GOD!

I sell new hondas - we have the first tuneup at 110,000 miles - why -
well the book even says - "we use special platinum-tipped spark plugs
for long life". That's the only reason platinum plugs are any good
IMO.

Other thing - Seafoam - - put that seafoam everywhere! in your gas, in
your intake, and you can put it in your oil too!
