I think these cars might still someday reach "classic" status in the eyes of
the car enthusiast community....but not the average Joe/Joann.

My friend's girlfriend (~25y) saw my car last night and said "Oooh, that's
cool.  Older, "angular" type car!"  I had to chuckle.  I thought MKI's were
"angular."  Mine is a MKII!!

I am old school because I am old, I guess.
