[SPAM] Re: Seat channel and mono wiper questions

I'd try soaking with PBblaster or some other good rust solvent. Heating is
next if that doesn't work.

Subject: Seat channel and mono wiper questions

I took my seats out for cleaning out/removing carpet etc... the
passenger seat had been stuck for a long time, upon attempting removal
I discovered why. Here's a picture:

The piston circled is locked, is there any way I can solve this?

Also, my 82 has a mono wiper, and I don't really like the way it
wipes, I want to know if it's pattern is typical, so I made an
animation, here:

I just wish it would cover all of the driver's side with it's stroke
instead of the passenger side. It's slow enough as it is, but it makes
driving in the rain even worse since it doesn't clear all the water
off. How can I fix this, or is this typical?

Thanks!
