Need help locating a scammer Patrick W Rooks

I'm 75 min from his Lancaster address and know the area fairly well. Note
that his University Park (Penn State in State College, PA) address is 125
miles from Lancaster. I'm 3.5 hours from Lancaster but have friends who go
to school at Penn State and can pay a visit as soon as the semester starts.

Perhaps you can look-up and contact the other businesses on Santa Barbara
Drive and give them a call for the legitimacy and any dirt on CDS Solutions
Group. I'll be passing within 20 minutes of the Lancaster address this
Friday, but it may be 5:00 AM when I do so and that may not help much.

Some of you may know that I paid for and never received a backlit kit for my
scirocco form a said Patrick W. Rooks.  He has disappeared from Vortex and
his previous job in Pennsylvannia.

I am still trying to locate Patrick W. Rooks since he left his last known
company (CDS Solutions Group) although that is becoming quite suspicious as
the person I was talking to "Donald Baker" is no longer exists and never
did. I have emails with Donald Baker signed at the bottom.  Something weird
is going on and I am beginning to think they were involved in the scam too
maybe indirectly.  He claimed that Patrick went to southern CA but could not
confirm that.  I believe he was going to school in PA.
