Either Autotech or Neuspeed sells a Zender adjustable lumbar doodad.  It is
basically a reinforced rubber bladder that you stich into the seat backing,
and comes with a rubber bulb much like that on a blood pressure cuff..  I
WILL get one one day, I have been thinking about it for about 10 years now.
Last I knew, they were 50.00 ea, well worth the bread IMO.  Sorry I can't
recall who sells it for sure.
