A 94 doesn't have keyless entry so the alarm module will be fairly
inexpensive, they are all over ebay for like $20

It is either aftermarket or the factory alarm system.  The factory alarm
system is known to crap out.  Pull the panel under the dash on the drivers
side.  Attached to a bracket up high... about as high as the headlight
switch is a small "computer" box... this is for the alarm system.  (factory)
jump out the two large red wires.. if the car starts then the box is your
problem.  Had many, a many die in these third gens.  HTH, Shad
