Belts squeeling

Yet again, the belt from the WP to the compressor is loose. Its only 2 weeks
since I tightened it.
Could the compressor be slipping? The alt belt is tight and not a problem
I replaced the bolt near the end of the compressor with a nylon lock nut and
a 13mm bolt.
No washers Could this be a problem?
