That really wont matter to them.  My daily commute is right down the hallway
to my office.  I don't even have to step outside, yet they will still hit
one of your cars as your "work" vehicle or "service" vehicle.

Sounds like you need to find a new insurance company.  I have four cars and
one motorcycle (my fleet of beaters).  Like you, my commute is down the
hall.  My insurance company, USAA, has all the vehicles marked as
"recreational" vehicles (or something like that).  Basically, no vehicle is
a daily driver.  They ask about it occasionally, but I just re-inform them
that unless they can insure my slippers, I don't have a daily driver.
They've left it this way for over five years.
