Toilet bowl exhaust notes

The temps in the 20's. Snow is falling and the wind picks up. Where is 
Julie?
Under the car....

I got the gasket and tool from Mark & Dave. You know the special spreader 
for the  d**n springs?
One of the springs came off in my hands. Rusted and broken at one end.
All the parts stores would take 3-4 days to get them. But.. The small shop 
on the other side of a near by city 40 miles away had 2....

I finally got both on, one side easier than the other. I found that if I 
torqued the pipe I could JUST slip the spring on. After that? Just redo the 
nuts on the sway bar, replace the stupid shield under the exhaust and AWAY I 
GO!

But it is a LOT quieter  :)

BTB. If some one on the list rented that tool from them would you please 
return it? I had to talk them in to moving a saleable item into rental so I 
could do the job.
