West Coast Emissions...

Here is an interesting article about tougher emission standards coming for 
Oregon and Washington State. It perks my interest as I have two Scirocco's 
registered there. Neither would have passed the old emissions 
standards--much less the new ones. I currently renew my tags by mail (from 
Virginia--as Iong as I am active duty) so I get away with not having them 
smogged.
