Intermediate Shaft

I agree, have a shop put them in.
I replaced mine one time, but will never do it again. After many assurances
from the supplier that the bearings were plug and play, I had to hone the
inside of the bearing for it to work. I never had an issues with the
bearings or oil pressure after that, but don't want to do it again. I blame
the supplier, not the bearing, for the fit.
My advice to anyone now is leave the old ones in, if at all possible.
Oh, and don't forget to spin the oil pump with a drill before you start it
the first time to get oil pressure throughout the engine. Jeff
