Missing fan speeds

I had to replace the blower fan, as my old one had some busted 
connections.  Problem is now, I only have one fan speed, speed 3.  I've 
checked voltage at the fan connections, and am only getting voltage at 
that switch position (around 9v if I remember right), and no voltage at 
speeds 1, 2 or 4.  Am I looking at a new fan speed switch?  I don't 
think its the resistor, but I've been wrong before...
Any one got one laying around to donate to the cause?  Might be a PnP 
item too....
