81'S motor mount alignment

Hi.

I got the pulleys off and all the motor mount bolts loosened last night.

I notice that the passenger side motor mount seems not to be aligned
squarely and that the front of the large bolt that goes through the
rubber mount is almost touching the side of the mount, rather than
being centered in the slot.

Is this a sign of the mount being bad or does it simply need to be centered.

Not sure how to interpret what I see here.
