To the guy who replied to my e-mail about my seat issue and had made headway by contacting VWOA could you e-mail me off the list at cgrossi@dwc.edu. I would like to see what you did, because I am being blown off by the VW Customer Care Center. I am being told that a decision has been made regarding my case and that that is pretty much it. "They stand behind their decisions." Pretty crazy attitude to have toward customer service.
