Off Topic MKIV Jetta Question



this is easy. tell them you have a letter prepared to go off to VWOA, and 
that you will file a case with your local small claims court if this does 
not get repaired under theor own warranty. they will likely cave, not 
wanting to have to deal with a small claims case.
