California smog law update

Not fair, not fair, not fair.  I've waited 26 years and now THIS!  I was

Arnold has signed the new law requiring perpetual smog tests for all
vehicles 76 and newer, despite his friend Leno's (and a number of
collector groups) opposition.

I think I'll go out in the garage and give my 75 a hug.
