Nah sheit happens, just lack of time prevents me for doing a
diagnostics, but it can be one of the three following things,

1.  Timing gone "poof", doubtfull but will bethe first thing to check
2. Rod bearing bolt snapped and taking the oil pan will reveal that quick
3. bent valves, which is really not that big a deal I have 4 other JH
head in the shed ready to replace the one in the car...just the time
to replace it I dont have..
