DPR current/O2 sensor voltage



5-10mA is the normal range.  Are you sure you have the Ampmeter
connected correctly.  It needs to be in series with the two leads. 
Without the ampmeter connected the car should idle rough or die as you
need the continuity.  When the car is cold it should start out high
around 20ish and after a couple minutes it will drop to around 5 to 10
ish and flutuate up and down slightly.  I usually leave my test
harness installed and just jumper the two open leads so the car will
run normally.
