DPR current/O2 sensor voltage

DPR needs to be fluctuating (within about 5mA), and should average about
5-10 mA. sitting stuck at .1 and .2mA makes me think its riding out of
range.
as for which way does what -
high DPR is rich (cold start enrichment is ~60mA). however, a low DPR number
at idle (close to 0mA), means that the mechanical adjustment is too rich
itself (computer is compensating in the lean direction). as far as
adjustment, CW = rich, which causes DPR to go DOWN (cpu adjusts in the lean
direction, towards 0).

for your situation, you should go CCW, and it shouldnt take much, since your
o2 sensor is close to .5 anyhow. ensure there is nothing attached to the o2
sensor while adjusting the DPR.

Subject: DPR current/O2 sensor voltage

Okay, I've looked in the Bentley, and can't find it, and figured someone
could give me a quick answer.

I'm wanting to adjust my mix on the 16V, and finally got a harness hooked
up to measure DPR current, right now it's fluctuating between .1 and .2 mA
and I seem to remember the goal being just rich of .5 if I could remember
whether higher is richer or leaner. I know it's "righty richy" on the
Allen key.

So question one is does low = rich or lean, and what's the target value?

Anyway, I'll check the O2 input first, it should be 5ish too, on whatever
voltage scale, right? (0 being dead and 10 being full rich?) I have it
written somewhere, but it's been two years since I last checked it. Sorry
to be so non-technical here, but the car feels like it wieghs 4000 lbs at
the moment, I'd like to reduce the dog factor. It's gotta be near where it
can't adjust out of it.

That makes question two "what is ideal value for the O2 signal?"

Thanks.
