ABA torque values

Sorry, my friend still hasn't given me his Bentley for the crossflow and
I don't trust my Haynes manual.  Torque values for main bolts and rod
bolts, main seal housings (and anything that bolts onto the block) would
be appreciated.  I'm using ARP rod and main bolts, so I don't know if
that affects the amount I should torque stuff down.

 

If this stuff is identical to a JH, let me know cause I have the 85-93
