rear brake caliper rebuild?

Driving the other day i hear some grinding, yep rear right caliper is
not releasing and i have bare metal rubbing on my almost new bremmo
cross drilled rotor.

It seems the caliper is F**ked! Lucky for me i have a spare, but the
rubber seal is torn. But the bad caliper has a good seal.

Is it possable to swap those rubber seals? 
Or is there a rebuild kit out there for these rear cailpers on owr roccos?
