Is this a problem anyone else is having?

You do need the LATEST version of quicktime to view these....I am open 
to alternate format suggestions...but I am very limited in what I can 
save em as....when I am back home I can save them in a wider range of 
formats...but not from my laptop.

If you think you have the latest version of QuickTime...I would 
recommend downloading and reinstalling the very latest and greatest 
from their website...this has solved the problem for everyone else who 
has told me about similar issues.
