Spark plugs for high compression 8Vs

And 28 thousandths is in fact .7 mm, which is where they're at, so that's
good. For JH it says 28-24 thousandths, so 25's within spec. for the lower
compression ones. Thanks guys. This engine's not burning oil at all, it's
fresh internally.
