16v power kicking in too late

Def. sounds like a timing issue.  Have you done anything ignition/ fuel
work lately?

instead of the power boost kicking in at around the 3k
rpm that its spose to my power kicks in at around
5-1/2k rpm.  Does anyone know the solution to fixing
