DIY Fuel Enrichment Device, now hosted for everyone

Rick sent me the html and jpg file of the rpm sensing fuel enrichment 
device.  I put it up on my web space.  The links in the html file dont 
work, and all the links to the components dont work either, so you'll have 
to find a good source for components your self I guess.  Anyways, heres the

I'll be interested to hear if anyone builds this and how it works.  I've 
got too many projects going on right now to do this, but its on the to do list.
