[SPAM] RE: headbolt thread q



When I did this, I just took some carb cleaner, used the straw and sprayed down full blast with a rag around the hole.  Once I finished that, I sprayed pressurized air in to dry it out.  I don't know if you have a compressor, but if not, it should dry out on its own in an hour max...  You could then use the bolt to check and see how dirty it is later.  No extra expense then...  :-)
