found ventilation problem.. still need help though :(

hi everyone, i think the major problem is just that
the valves that move the flaps don't work.  1 does,
2others don't, and i don't know about the defroster
one.  i did manage to get a little more vacuum out of
her, but does anyone have some old vacuum thingies
they can part with???  please write me and tell me!
