If you're stuck using web-based email try Gmail.  I have highspeed,
but my ISP has a very aggressive spam filter in place and I was
bouncing emails all over the net...  I now use Gmail for mailing
lists.  It's fast and puts all messages into threads, which I've found
to be quite useful for mailing lists.  If you need an invite, let me
know, I have several...
