Pulled over



nah he pulled ya over because he did not have enough
on your speed to slap aticket on you, but sicne it was
late and alone on his boredome of stretch of hwy, he
decided to remind you that he is around the bushes.

he cannot give you a ticket for tint, if he did, you
could refute it in court and proper ontario law would
dismiss the ticket quickly (even in NYS).
