Hello, Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Matt Wieder. I'm 29, from
Louisville, KY and just bought my first Scirocco. It's a Mars Red 1981. Some
of you have probably seen this car. Daun had it for sale at last years Cincy
meet. Little did I know when I decided to buy a Scirocco that the epicenter of
the US Scirocco community was less than 100 Miles from my house. What Luck! I'm
sure I will have a ton of questions and need a bunch of parts. I'm relatively
new to VWs. Not to older cars though. My previous drivers were a 1963 Mercury
Monterey and a 1965 Ford Galaxie. Finally stepping up to fuel injection. lol.
Will anyone be at the Carlisle Import & kit car Show this weekend? I'll be
there with my Father in Laws Ford Gt40 replica. Are there a lot of VW's at this
show? Well looking forward to be a part of the list
