Was "Cogeco subscribers", now "Spyware programs"

I use spybot and ad-aware, they both work differently and both are truly
needed to clean them all but watch for spybot advanced options you can
delete files that are required registery entries. But the basic option do a
fine job.

This reminds me...  Who can recommend a good spyware killer?  Free is 
preferable...  I have Norton AV here at work, and McAffee at home (thanks 
Julie), but they apparently do not kill spyware programs?
