IRS discussion



If I remember correctly the old VW Motorsporrts twin engined Scirocco had a 
fully indepenent rear suspension.

Something a little more commonplace might be the old VW Quantum Syncro's, 
they had an interesting set-up.

Overall, without adding the neccesary components for all-wheel drive - I 
don't think it would be worth it. The lack of droop travel isn't that 
critical, I am sure you can help keep the rear under control some other way. 
(Stress bars/tie bars/spring ratres/etc.)
