16v Scirocco Body Work

I have just taken off the 16v body kit on my car and to my surprise the fenders and wheel wells are in pretty good shape!!  I was expecting rust all over but I got a nice surprise!!  I was wondering what is the best product for sealing and adhering the body kit, rear spoiler and window rubbers back into place once removed.  Is there a good adhering product for the rain gutter things on the roof too?  Also, what is the best approach in removing window rubbers in order to get the body and paint done?  Any explanations would be appreciated!!
