Well, I suppost the original question was "how fast have you gone....", not  "how fast will it go?"
  So drafting, downhill, tailwinds are okay....

  wait a sec, i thought patrick was drafting someone at the time he hit this
  peak?
  if so, i can back that up, as i've gone +15 over a cars usual top end simply
  by drafting. granted it was very close drafting (<1 car length), and a very
  coordinated event... it is possible.
