My offer still stands regarding bringing metal to Cincy for anyone in need....

And yup...know all about the various grades of Ti.....you are the first to 
say that Ti is a walk in the park to work with though....  I have only 
machined the stuff once, and it was about equivalent to machining 316...not 
the worst stuff to work with...but Al is my favorite in many, many ways!
