How difficult to remove mk1 door-skin?

Its a night mare.
I replaced the door skin on the drivers door. Its spot welded in about 20 
points along the edge of each side. Each would need to be located and 
drilled out.

The top edge is folded and welded to the frame PRIOR ot the inside skin 
being added.

Not much fun...
