[Embarrassment] crossflow Alternator removal

I'd use "Jim's formula", force, heat, chemicals or money. Give the
penetrating stuff time to work, and then hit it with some heat, hopefully
it will get "co-operative". Sounds like the setup on my pickup truck, it
only took 10 hours for two of us to do those two bolts. We DID salvage the
bracket...(OMG did we kill that alternator though). Sometimes an overnight
penetrating marinating will do the trick. Gives it time to seep into the
offending areas.

GL, hopefully you'll give them one last twist and they'll pop right out.
