The SH isn't a problem (Sheisse!) but the TH.. like in "enthusiasm" is
challenging to Germans.. much as umlaut vowels are to native English
speakers.  Since the "o"  (without umlaut) is a long O sound, they
tend to say it as "SHE-ROE-co" - but not SKI-roe-co AFAIK.
