wiring problem......please help

well i had the fuse block down on my 82 to find why i had no voltage to the
positive side of the coil and now my flashers don't work. any body have any
ideas? i also replaced the flasher for good measure. im sure it is somethin
really dumb. oh yeah i didn't cut or butcher anything. the fuel pump relay
is out too if that matters as i am waiting for my new one to arive until
then my switched jumper is in there.
