Smog Test at Test Only Station



Last night I just got my renewal for my '91 Jetta with the anemic 1.8 and 
dog-o-matic tranny...

Test Only station for it too. Now I can sorta understand the 16V being 
considered an HEP but the Jetta???

Crap!
