After-market seats

I'm looking into some seats for my car.  I was leaning towards some clubman type seats

Since I have a 04 Camry for a daily driver (who'd a thought you can still buy a new car with rear drums and no ABS), my Scirocco doesn't need to have rear seat access.  My question is does anyone know how hard it is to get in and out with big bolstered seats?  Is the non adjustabilty of the seat back that big of a deal?  With Corbeau seats and brackets, does the seat sit any lower?  Thanks!
