The Benefits of a Cam...

Maybe you could use the change from the g grind to a 268 or 278 cam...

Subject: The Benefits of a Cam...

Okay so like I wanna beef up the cam in my 2.0l conversion...or so I think
:)

The basics of the motor...

1.8 solid lifter head (no work to it)
adjustable cam sprocket
g-grind cam
2.1 litre 8V block with some lightening and balancing to the internals
FK tranny

Basically, I have no knowledge about what a cam will do to a motor. Anyone
have any experiences with
solid lifter cams and can suggest something? What does a bigger cam do?

TIA

Sal
